Sage Homes has been in business for over seven years, but the idea of owning a construction company was a lifelong dream for our owner and founder, Tom. His father was big into construction, always taking him along to see the job sites, and he knew right away that he wanted to follow his dad's path.
Tom quickly realized he could use his talents to help clients in the Northern Michigan area build their dream homes, and thus Sage Homes was created.
